For non-stock torsos or sex toys, they will be produced and shipped directly from our China factory.

Check and Accept Your Package

If the package box has been corrupted when you see it, take a photo or video to file a claim with the shipping carrier. It is recommended that you open each unit and examine it, even if the cartons look fine from outside. If any defect or damage is found, please do not use it and send us pictures or videos within 24 hours. Sometimes we also need your help to file a claim with the shipping carrier if the product is damaged while shipping.

Tracking Number
We will send you a tracking number to your email after the package has been shipped. Please keep an eye on your order tracking in case something goes wrong with it before it is delivered(eg, suspending tracking, missing item, etc.) till it is delivered.

In order to solve your customs clearance troubles, we chartered a plane to send your package to the United States. Please note that no tracking information will be updated until customs clearance is complete. It will take around 5-8 working days to arrive in your country and clear customs. Please wait patiently.

After completing customs clearance for your package, we will hand over your package to FedEx and they will deliver it to you. Also, FedEx will update the tracking information for your package. Please keep a close eye on your package tracking in case something goes wrong (e.g., suspension of tracking, lost items, etc.) until it is delivered.
